How do I send you my data securely?
After checkout, you will be redirected to a secure, encrypted portal. You can either upload a raw CSV export (Stripe, ProfitWell, etc.) or provide restricted, read-only API access. We never ask for passwords.
How does the Monthly Retainer work?
You are billed automatically once a month. On the 1st of every month, we pull your latest data (via API or requested CSV upload) and deliver your updated report within 48 hours, highlighting what changed from the previous month. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time via a self-serve billing portal.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. A standard Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) is available during the onboarding flow. Your financial privacy is our top priority. We automatically purge client data 30 days after a One-Off report is delivered.
Can I upgrade from One-Off to Monthly later?
Absolutely. Many founders start with a One-Off Audit to test the waters. If you upgrade to a Monthly Retainer within 14 days of receiving your first report, we will apply the $149 you already paid as a credit toward your first month.
